Privacy Policy.

This page explains what information we collect when you visit kukicadvertising.com or send us a brief, what we do with it, who else touches it, and how to get it back, change it, or have it removed. We've tried to write it in plain English.

Effective 11 June 2026 Last revised 11 June 2026 Jurisdiction Florida, USA
№ 01

Who we are.

This privacy policy applies to Kukic Advertising, Inc. — a boutique full-service advertising agency located at 95 Merrick Way, Suite 300, Coral Gables, FL 33134. References to "we," "us," and "our" in this policy refer to Kukic Advertising. References to "you" or "your" refer to anyone visiting kukicadvertising.com or otherwise contacting us through the channels described below.

This policy covers our website and the contact form available on it. It does not cover the practices of clients we work with, social-media platforms we link to (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), or any third-party services whose own policies are linked from this page.

№ 02

What we collect.

We collect information in three ways: what you tell us directly, what your browser sends us when you load a page, and what our third-party processors collect on our behalf.

Information you provide

If you submit the brief form on our contact page, we ask you for the following information:

  • Required: your name, your company or organization, your email address, the discipline of interest, and a brief description of the project.
  • Optional: your phone number, an estimated budget range, and how you found us.

You may also email us directly at info@kukicadvertising.com or telephone us at +1 (305) 677·1621. In either case, we will receive whatever information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure may log basic technical information when you visit — including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page you arrived from, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to operate and secure the site, not to identify you personally.

Information from third parties

If you fill out the brief form, the form data is processed by Formspree, our third-party form-handling service, before it reaches our inbox. Formspree retains a copy of every submission under its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

№ 03

How we use it.

We use the information you provide for the legitimate business purposes of operating an advertising agency, including:

  • Responding to your inquiry and discussing whether we are the right firm for your project.
  • Preparing and sending you proposals, scopes of work, and related documents.
  • Following up periodically about active or pending engagements.
  • Maintaining records of business communications as required by tax, legal, and contractual obligations.
  • Improving the website, our services, and our own operations.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent your information. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else for marketing purposes unrelated to our direct relationship with you.

№ 04

Third parties who help us.

We rely on a small number of vetted service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Each of these providers handles only the data necessary to perform their function, and only on our instructions.

Formspree

Our contact form is delivered through Formspree (a service of Roxbury Innovations, Inc., based in the United States). Formspree receives the contents of any brief you submit and forwards them to our inbox. Formspree maintains its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Google Fonts

Our typefaces are served via Google Fonts. When your browser loads a page on our site, it may request font files directly from Google's servers, which means Google may receive your IP address and other technical information. Google's own privacy policy applies to this transmission.

Hosting and infrastructure

The website is hosted on third-party infrastructure that processes basic server-log data on our behalf. Hosting providers act as data processors and do not use this data for their own purposes.

If we add additional services in the future — such as analytics, advertising pixels, or chat tools — we will update this list and, where required, request your consent before they begin collecting information.

№ 05

Cookies & tracking.

As of the effective date of this policy, our website does not set marketing or analytics cookies, run advertising pixels, or use cross-site tracking technologies.

Your browser may store small technical cookies necessary for basic site function (for example, to remember that you closed the mobile navigation menu). These do not identify you and are not shared.

If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, this section will be updated and, where applicable, a cookie consent banner will appear.

№ 06

How long we keep it.

We retain personal information only as long as we have a legitimate business reason to do so, after which we delete or anonymize it.

  • Brief submissions that do not lead to engagement: retained for up to 24 months in case you wish to re-engage, then deleted.
  • Brief submissions that lead to engagement: retained for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy contractual, accounting, and legal obligations (typically seven years).
  • Server-log data: retained for a short rolling period (typically 30–90 days) for security and operational purposes.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see Your rights & choices.

№ 07

Your rights & choices.

Regardless of where you live, you can always:

  • Ask us what information we have about you.
  • Ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete information we hold about you, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain records.
  • Ask us not to contact you further.
  • Withdraw consent for any processing that is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@kukicadvertising.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request, particularly when the request involves deletion.

№ 08

EU & UK visitors.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (and its UK equivalent) give you additional rights, including the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The legal bases on which we process personal information are: (a) the legitimate interest of operating an advertising agency and responding to inquiries; (b) the necessity of processing to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; (c) consent, where you have given it; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

We are based in the United States. When you submit information to us from outside the U.S., that information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms.

№ 09

California residents.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, the right to delete that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise your California rights, contact us at info@kukicadvertising.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf; we will require reasonable proof of authorization.

№ 10

Children.

Our website is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

№ 11

Security.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. Communication between your browser and our website is encrypted in transit. Access to brief submissions and business records is limited to personnel with a legitimate need.

No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

№ 12

Changes to this policy.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last revised" date at the top of the page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice — for example, by posting a prominent message on the homepage or contacting you directly if we have your email address.

Your continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
